Meet the Team
Co-Owner and CEO
Before helping found Latitude 38, Kevin was the President and Co-managing Partner of LuxWest Properties in Telluride. He is well-versed in real estate development, construction & property management, marketing, and sales. Prior to moving to Telluride, Kevin was VP of Finance and Operations at Gartner Inc, the world’s leading information technology research and advisory company. From Gartner’s offices in Stamford, CT, Kevin was CFO of the $150m Gartner CIO Division. Kevin and his family have immersed themselves in the Telluride lifestyle where Kevin is a member of the Telluride Volunteer Fire Department and stays active by skiing, hiking, and chasing his kids.
Favorite Hike: "Ajax Peak - It's pretty easy, right outside town, and has incredible views of Telluride."
Director of Reservations & Marketing
Tim has lived in Telluride since 2010, and has loved every minute of it. A New Jersey native, Tim joins Latitude 38 after several years as a private marketing consultant. He is also a photographer, and a Marine Corps Veteran, and uses all the skills he's gathered to help lead the reservations and marketing efforts at Latitude, to showcase why we're the best vacation rental company in town. In his free time, Tim is an avid biker and skier and enjoys spending time with his wife, two young children and the office dog, Monty.
Favorite Bike Trail: "Prospect Trail - Any ride that has more down than up is always good."
Director of Property and Guest Care
Turner comes to Latitude 38 with background in restaurant management and travel sales. Most recently, Turner was the manager at Honga's here in Telluride. As a native of Boulder, CO, Turner brings deep management experience and added energy to the office. When he's not overseeing the Property Management team here at Latitude 38, Turner enjoys skiing, biking and hanging out with his wife and 2 year old son and dog Stella.

Reservations and Guest Services
Lisa has a multitude of past experience in real estate sales and development in both Telluride and her native Florida. A longtime Telluride local, Lisa brings deep knowledge of the local rental market and excels at creating the perfect vacation for our guests. She’s an avid skier and hiker, having climbed 57 fourteeners. Lisa also likes spending time with her two dogs, Sophie and Scooter.

Reservations and Marketing
A true Colorado girl, Lacy grew up in Fort Collins, CO and attended Colorado State University before moving to Telluride. She loves to travel the world but is always happy to come back to the beautiful San Juan Mountains. Lacy is happy to help you find the perfect place to stay while visiting Telluride and will go out of her way to make guests happy and comfortable during their stay.
Favorite Elegant Restaurant: "The Chop House - Best burger & steak in town!"
Alexandra grew up in a small town in Western Massachusetts and was living in Boston before the San Juan Mountains started calling her name. She moved to Telluride in 2014 to be a ski bum and quickly fell in love with this little box canyon. Alexandra has years of customer service experience under her belt, and is just as excited about your trip to Telluride as you are!

LEE SHEA BETTEN
Lee Shea grew up in the sunny state of Florida, and after spending a few years working in pharmaceutical sales in New York, has since transplanted herself in Telluride. Her wonderful husband Sean works for San Miguel County doing IT, and has the most beautiful Golden Retriever Jude. Stop in and say hello to to them!

Content Marketing Manager
Sarah, a native of Austin, Texas, grew up spending family vacations in Telluride where she learned how to ski and fell deeply in love with the San Juan mountains. Following her graduation from Wake Forest University, she moved out to Colorado faster than you can say, "John Denver," with her corgi mix Bateman. She has lived in Telluride full time since 2017 and has embraced mountain living with fervor - hiking in the warmer months, playing in the snow in the winter.
Favorite Apres Ski: "The Cosmopolitan for sushi and cosmos. Don't miss the salmon tataki!"
Senior Property Manager
Prior to joining Latitude 38 in 2013, Andy worked at a variety of dining establishments here in Telluride. As a property manager, Andy focuses on maintaining each home and ensuring that it remains in good shape. A Norman, OK native, Andy has called Telluride home since 2010 and continually finds more reasons to love this little town. In addition to hiking and skiing, Andy likes to utilize his culinary skills he learned while living in Italy and cooking for his fiancee Katie.
Favorite Ski Run: "Kant Mak'Em Trees. They hold snow longer than almost anywhere."
Dave grew up in northeast Ohio and attended Ohio University where he was an Adventure Recreation major/Business minor. After graduation, Dave moved to Alaska working as a mountain guide leading various rock climbing, kayaking, biking and zip lining trips. In Dave’s spare time he enjoys skiing and playing music, specifically the piano.
Favorite Bar: "The Liberty Bar - Great drinks and atmosphere with an experienced long-time local staff."
Jake grew up in a military family and moved around the eastern and western coasts of the United States, as well as overseas in Naples, Italy for 15 years. He studied Communications, with a concentration in Mass Marketing and Public Relations at Richmond, the American International University in London. He was a Registered Representative, working in finance as an Investment Advisor and Financial Planner. He has also taught English as a second language and has a passion for teaching and learning. Cooking, spending time with friends, and traveling are some of his top interests.
Favorite Brunch Spot: "Flora Dora - Sit in the sun on Main Street and sip a belini."
Mac comes to Latitude with a strong background in engineering. He had a degree from the University of Colorado School of Engineering and has been an asset to the company. He's excellent at developing systems to help make your home run more smoothly.
Favorite Ski Run: "Anything in Ute Park"
