Marriage License Requirements: An official marriage license may be purchased for $30.00 at the Telluride County Clerk's office, located in the historic San Miguel County Courthouse (305 West Colorado Avenue, Telluride Colorado 81435 - 970-728-3954) in downtown Telluride, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. You'll need to provide proof of age and identity and parents' names and addresses. If divorced, you will need to give the granting court's city and state, and if widowed, the date and place. No blood test is necessary, and there is no waiting period. Once issued, your license must be used within 30 days. It takes about 30 minutes to get the license.
