The Lat 38 crew is focused and helpful in the extreme. It's like they can't do enough for their clients from getting passes to events in advance, to shopping or fixing things. They are the primary reason we use them year after year, even as we've moved around to different properties they inventory. Their rentals are well-maintained, super clean and stocked. We had a great time. The apartements are very convenient for our familly gatherings. We all enjoyed our stay at telluride. It is very close to everything that we like. The only thing we can complain was the parking spaces that we got. The penthouse has to have two parking places in the building. Other than that everything was excelent.

We love Allison and she is our ' go to' for Telluride. The property is a huge step up from the first one we rented ( the prior year) but we thought the amenities would match the price a bit more ( see suggestions above). Housekeeping should have knows to ask about having the twin beds converted to a king , well before we arrived. It kept our friends from being able to rest until the beds were made up. All in all.. it's a great rental group and we look forward to staying with you again soon !
