 Before helping found Latitude 38, Kevin was the President and Co-managing Partner of LuxWest Properties in Telluride. He is well-versed in real estate development, construction & property management, marketing, and sales. Prior to moving to Telluride, Kevin was VP of Finance and Operations at Gartner Inc, the world’s leading information technology research and advisory company. From Gartner’s offices in Stamford, CT, Kevin was CFO of the $150m Gartner CIO Division. Kevin and his family have immersed themselves in the Telluride lifestyle where Kevin is a member of the Telluride Volunteer Fire Department and stays active by skiing, hiking, and chasing his kids.

 Levi has over 12 years of property management and hospitality knowledge with an excellent track record of results at Resort Quest-Telluride, as the General Manager of the Victorian Inn, Telluride, and as an independent property manager. In addition to deep property management expertise, he expanded his business acumen as the national sales manager at Yellowstone Hotel Systems and is the co-founder of Daddy Cakes® International, LLC. Levi and his family are longtime Telluride locals. He and his wife Karine and their two daughters love being outdoors – snowboarding, hiking, & biking - simply enjoying everything Telluride has to offer.
