Your home away from home We take great care and pay special attention to each of our homes. Every Latitude 38 property is fully furnished with clean bed linens, complete sets of bath terry, fully equipped kitchens, high speed internet and cable or satellite t.v. Each home is unique and may have additional features such as elevator access, heated parking, hot tub, media rooms, outdoor living spaces or an array of other interesting and exciting extras. The vacation home you stay in through L38 Vacation Rentals has been professionally cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival. A starter kit of amenities including Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Bath Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, Lotion, Dishwasher Tablets, Dish Soap and Trash Bags have been placed. Your Telluride vacation home will come prepared with 2 sets of guest keys, a list of important numbers, dining guide, visitor guide, map of town, map of the ski area and a list of important things to know about your home. Once you’ve arrived you’ll only need to place your belongings and start enjoying your home away from home. Simple and straightforward pricing. Reservations are charged the following taxes and fees: 1. Rental Fee – Nightly Rate 2. 12.4% Sales Tax 3. Checkout Cleaning: Varies by home and home size 4. $39.00 – Limited Liability Insurance Fee (One-time Fee) 5. No Hidden Fees or Additional Resort Taxes Limited Liability Insurance Accidents happen. We’ve partnered with CSA, Inc. to offer Security Deposit Protection (Limited Liability Insurance). Your stay will be covered up to $3,000.00 in case of accidental damages or theft at a rental property. Extras -Discounts on Equipment Rentals -Specials - Check our "Specials Page" and be sure to ask if any additional discounts can be applied to your stay. All of us appreciate a good deal; we will offer you existing deals or available discounts at the time of booking and keep you posted of any new offers that come about which will add value to your stay. Luxury Concierge Services We can be available to you 24 hours a day to provide any services which require individual attention, prior to and during your stay. Anything ranging from grocery delivery to complete event coordination can be facilitated. Trip Cancellation Insurance Latitude 38 Vacation Rentals has contracted with CSA, Inc. to offer Trip Cancellation Insurance. This can protect your vacation investment against unforeseen circumstances causing cancellation of your trip and forfeiture of payment. The insurance covers trip cancellation and interruption, trip delay, emergency medical transportation, and 24 hour emergency assistance. ***The cost of this optional service is calculated at 6.95% of your reservation total before tax. |
